Disappointed. At the initial sale, we got a tow bar included in a deal, signed in a contract, 4 weeks ago. We went ahead and made other purchase under the assumption we were getting a tow bar put on the Jolion. 4 weeks later, today, they have told us that Haval doesn't have a tow bar available for the Jolion and wouldn't be available for another month. The car is available for pick now but we would need to go to another company to install a tow bar ourselves if we want a tow bar installed sooner. The salesman at the time should have had these details 4 weeks ago or had access to look up these details before we signed the paperwork. Looking at the reviews, the same thing happened to another customer 2 weeks ago when they posted their one star review about parts and services for their vehicle they purchased not being available. For the other customer and ourselves, the lack of information at the time of sales has caused inconvenience to 2 disappointed customers.

We recently bought a new Haval Jolion for my wife from this dealership and had a great experience from the start to the end. The team led by Mark is extremely efficient, proactive and knowledgeable. Well done team! Highly recommended.
