        Always a great experience at this SkinKandy! Ive had many piercings here and they are always lovely, professional and organised. I had my tongue pierced by Lea today, very informative and helpful with all questions I had. Also very heartwarming to see the inclusivity in and among these stores.

        Got my tongue done by Frankie, she was legendary and when I asked after if she could help me pick a size for my nose ring she picked the perfect one and even changed it out for me. I got all my previous piercings elsewhere but I wont be going anywhere else in the future. Thank you Frankie!

        My daughter, under 3, booked an appt in person on a Sunday for ear piercing she really wanted, very excited about it. Needed 2 senior operators to pierce, so next available appointment on Thursday. I get there and NO phone call to tell me that they can't perform ear piercing because the manager changed the shifts obviously without looking at the bookings 1st!!!!! She couldn't get it done on the Sunday and now Thursday cancelled without notice even though I confirmed it during the day!! UNACCEPTABLE & COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE BRINGING THEIR CHILD HERE. My daughter's face was soooooooo heartbreaking. Poor baby was looking forward to it ALL day... shame on them...!!! Wouldn't go back for anything TBF.
