I recently visited this shop and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. While I understand that the store has had issues with theft, I found it uncomfortable and confronting to have staff members constantly hovering over me as I tried to shop. Instead of directly approaching customers, I would suggest that the store utilises its security cameras to monitor any suspicious activities. This approach would create a more relaxed and welcoming environment for customers. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and works towards finding a better balance between security measures and customer comfort.

The girl at the front desk is very rude. Poor customer service. Gives of a very bad attitude for no reason and she should definitely be trained on how to deal with customers cause clearly she doesnt know how to.
