First time to have an appointment with Carmen. Very friendly and welcoming from the time Ive arrived . She was very professional and very good with every attention to detail in her work. She did deep cleansing and hydrating facial with care . I had very good experience and so relaxing that didnt notice time was up . Im happy with the service she provided. My face feels so light , clean and can amazingly see the glow. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to pamper themselves and will surely come back again 5 !!

I recently had my first appointment with Carmen, owner and Beauty Therapist at Where Beauty Begins. I loved every part of my experience and felt welcome from the moment I arrived. Carmen is highly professional, highly experienced and an excellent Beauty Therapist. She has great attention to detail, is extremely gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout (and I was). Carmen waxed and tinted my eyebrows and the colour is the best Ive ever had. I have scheduled my next appointment and I cannot say enough good things about Where Beauty Begins. Highly recommend.
