I purchased a pedicure for my friend for $65 as a gift. This was a little expensive but I wanted her to have a beautiful, relaxing, spa treatment. Sadly she did not receive this. She was put in a room with an apprentice. It took nearly an hour to remove the old shellac which she was charged an extra $25 for. There was no soaking of the feet just dry removal with alfoil. An old, emery board was used to smooth the nails. The apprentice didnt even have a chair to sit on. The whole experience was a disaster. When I was looking for the gift I looked at your website and your reviews so I dont know what happened but my friends experience certainly didnt live up to your advertising. What a shame as you have not only ruined the experience for her but my gift to her as well. Service: Pedicure
