The service was terrible, I called to check availability and said to me too busy and hung up the phone, walked in the following day, did my nails, not only was it placed crooked but fell off two days later right before a wedding I had to attend! Not a good look. When I said to them its not straight, she blamed my finger!!! Wth. I went to ask for refund as was not happy at all, the response I got was, I dont know what you do with your nails, then said go somewhere else and pay for it. If I could give 1/10th of a star rating it would be me being generous. Terrible service and terrible work, its cheap for a reason! Do not go there! Service: Acrylic nails

My sis and I went there for her birthday on the 12/07 and they didnt start any conversation except for one lady we both got hurt multiple times coz they were in such a rush even tho we told them it hurt we came out bumpy nails.. today 13/07 she already has two broken nails and my nail polish is coming off.. DO BETTER WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS SO NOT WORTH $100 Service: Manicure

Found this place in early 2022 and its such a shame BECAUSE I WISH I FOUND THEM SOONER. Been living in and out of blacktown for 10 years and this place is hands down the best place to go. The staff are warm, kind and always treat me well. I have nothing but gratitude towards these ladies. The service is done beautifully and is priced so well ! Unlike other nail and beauty salons these ladies actually talk to you and ask about your day. Its awsome to have such professional results with the service they provide. Cannot recommend this place enough.
