We booked a return trip with Khalsa to the city from Western Sydney.
Pickup was on time but the drive itself was pretty bad.
Our driver (with identification GV 4307) was clearly not experienced with main Sydney roads. We as passengers had to guide her the right way on the city distributor, even though she had her Google Maps on for route guidance.
On the way back it was even worse.
First she drove into the city (even though we were already on the motorway. After finding the way back to the Harbour Bridge she didn't know the way to the m1 after the Harbour Bridge and took us on a scenic drive to Neutral bay (mind you we are heading back to Western Sydney, so it's pretty easy to stay on the motorway).
Detours aside, it was a nervous drive back home (11pm) where the driver was clearly tired and tried to focus on the road.
To top off the experience, the quoted return price Western Sydney - Darling Harbour (300$) did not include tolls.
So the combination of pretty expensive, bad driver and route finding skills makes still a company to avoid.
