        The staff are always friendly and easy to talk to. Our kids are always happy to be there and sometimes prefer to be at COSHC than come home.

        The staff have completely the wrong personality/ attitude for child care . Mopey faced somnambulant clock watchers just putting in their time. The previous woman in charge was warm and friendly . The current female staff are cold , detached and seem to be unaware that this is not a free service . We pay and we expect better. If youre not happy , leave !!!

        Most ludicrous company! Don't work for this company as you are treated like a number rather than a person. For a company that seems to advertise Faith quite a bit, their work ethics are far from it... to get a position in this company, it's rather who you know, not WHAT you know. Co-ordinators and most educators, even managers have some sort of "connection" - especially at St Andrews COSHC !!!
