        The doctors at this surgery are great and the front desk staff are helpful and friendly. They have been been amazing for my daughter and I over the years. Yes you have to wait a while but thats doctors..

        Terrible. Always waiting even if you call they tell you running on time. Than you wait one hour minimum and doctors are rude, and just get ruder

        The wait times are worth it. We've been going to Blackalls Family Surgery for several years. I bring a book and just expect to wait but... We've always been treated with the upmost respect, compassion and given great care.

        Wait time is ridiculous. I arrived 10 mins early for an appointment and have been waiting for an hour and a half so far, still havent been seen. If you have a choice avoid the Blackalls Park Family Surgery.
