        Appointment at 0930, I received a call to cancel at 0926 because staff could not come into work. Was very impressed that the practice owner called me personally to apologies and made another time that afternoon to ensure that my attachments could be removed.

        Just had my first visit and the hospitality throughout my session was phenomenal!, Beatrice greeted me with a gratitude and big smile. She help me through things that I needed to do.Jack was so detailed in every part of his procedure, Im being aware of myself and the same time Im learning about it. Highly recommended!!

        It was my first time visiting a dentist in Australia and it was one of the best that I've ever been. Beatrice and Jack we're very friendly and professional. Upon my arrival I got alot of concerns regarding my teeth, and they were able to attend to my needs very well. The dental assistant was knowledgeable about everything and is explaining everything the process all throughout my session there. I would totally recommend this to my friends and family.
