Awful experience!! We purchased a property with them, which came with tenants. They failed to move out on the settlement date, and no rent deposit was received in our account as promised by our agent. A month of delay has passed, and there still no sign of rent. Tenant moved out and ask for reimburse of their over paid rent and the agency come to us for money, when we did not even receive a cents. Made our first home buying experience as bad as it can be, emotionally and financially. I will avoid this place at all cost !

Caitlin and Amila are the worse agent that I had to deal with them as a good Tennant in my whole life, super un happy with them, they do everything to only make their landlords happy. please avoid them if you can and if can't make sure you do document every thing and email them. I am a really good Tennant always pay rent on time, never make any noises and so on. if you have time you can read my story in April 2020 I rented a property through them, rent was 460pw I gave application and got it 400pw on one condition ( only for pandemic rent is 400pw after 12 months will go back to normal price ) in April 2021 Ive approached by them saying landlord is happy for you to sign 12 or 6 months contract at 400pw, I did not agree to it as rent has dropped down more in the past 12 months in that area, been told landlord is happy to keep you on periodic agreement, I said cool, and at that time I decided to move, started looking for new place, got my new place, in Jun 2021 give them notice to vacate then at that time Caitlin tried to charge me 60pw since April my lease was over, when I confront it, they were insisting I had to pay it, as part of my lease agreement, Ive told them for 3 months, I didn't not receive an email saying I am short 60pw every week and now I give notice you saying I have to pay, long story short, I had to bring up all the evidence and told them I will go to fair trading, so eventually, they said ok, we keep it as 400pw, then Caitlin told me I am very rude, I was just trying to fight for my rights , and she did not even apology for what she did. English is my second language but I am not stupid, I learn to fight for my rights
