What a lifesaver! I had no idea what I was doing when I decided to purchase a home until I found James online. Not knowing anything about property, James carefully explained how everything worked and he also ran me through a number of different government schemes I was eligible for. James made it his number one priority to save me as much money as possible and thats exactly what he did. Not only is James a good broker but hes a very good guy. There are no words to express my immense gratitude to James and his team for the advice you've provided and for being so accommodating and responsive to all the requests regarding the properties I viewed, particularly the property I bought. The effort and time they put into walking me through the process are unbelievable. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. As a first-time buyer, I didn't know all of the questions I should be asking (or do's and don'ts, for example), and they would proactively provide this information, making me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don't know how James does it and to the fault of everyone else I worked with they set my expectations high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them. We couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the service we received from Nectar. I will recommend them to everyone we know! If you want an honest and open agent without any hidden agendas who can successfully negotiate the most fragile of purchases and still get your sale across the line, then James is the man for the job.
