        I've been coming to the practice for over 11yrs & I have chronic health conditions. They have always taken great care of me & investigate matters thoroughly. Always helpful in semi urgent situations & appointments are on time.

        There was a breach of privacy by the receptionist staff who told everyone the details of my referral to everyone in the waiting area. Very unprofessional.

        It takes four weeks to get a GP appointment and there was issues with patient privacy as the doctor I saw constantly talked about my health problems in the waiting area. I found a much better clinic elsewhere which is managed much better.
