Stressful and disappointing Be prepared to project manage yourself. - project manager will not help you. You will be ignored. They will tell you to pay before the job is complete. Dont do that! - make sure you only pay once the job is complete. That goes for kitchen connection and the trades. - be prepared for the delays, so put in delay compensation in your contract. We had 3months delay - trade damaged our range hood and removed it from site to have it fixed by a mate and did not inform us. Great kitchen but poor service and care. All sub-contractors they use don't want to know about who were over budget and over time (by triple amount of time expected). Lots of talk and no follow through or care. Would look at other kitchen companies as these guys don't care about the clients at the end of the day - a million issues that KC deny they are responsible for. I'm curious to know if employees/staff had too much lockdowns that they forgot their manners and how to treat customers with respect. Im so disappointed with the way my partner and I were ignored and treated like we dont exist. The lady consultant ignored us for 15 mins while serving others walked in behind us. Without understanding what we need she just told us come back after Christmas because its quite busy she cant send a designer to us these days! Apparently what she said is totally different from another gentleman who I talked with yesterday!

Not happy at all, wrong measurements after thee attempts , they didnt take any responsibility for their mistakes, hide behind so called kitchen plan, be aware of payments part, for Final payment they will tell you orally, you can make payment after completion of kitchen, but when the time came they wont release the kitchen part till you made final payments.Please make sure the contract you will sign is mentioned that final payment is after they job is completed Services: Kitchen design, Tile work installation, Kitchen cabinet design, Plumbing fixture installation, Repair flooring, Kitchen cabinet installation, Kitchen countertop replacement, Kitchen countertop repair, Tile work replacement, Custom kitchen cabinet construction, Kitchen countertop installation
