Weve used Aussie Belmont since our first home purchase 13 years ago. Since then theyve helped us with getting the best interest rates and have always provided such quality service. Weve continued to use them even having moved to QLD and more recently with the purchase of our first investment property. Phil and Andrew are an amazing support, really personable, professional and so responsive. Ive so appreciated them answering all my questions (however small) and have helped navigate the whole process making it enjoyable! Initial experience wasn't too bad however the communication was pretty average. I guess they're busy with all the fixed rates ending. Sent a text message to clarify further about our previous phone conversation and have not heard back since our conversation on the phone.

Nick, Elisha and the team at Aussie Belmont were amazing to deal with. Nothing was ever a problem, any questions or queries were solved and never made to feel as though it was a issue.
