Don't go here ever, I had to go to a different dentist to fix the mess they made and it's ended up costing me thousands. Was left in pain and worse condition than when I arrived. They're butchers

5 stars doesnt seem enough, my feelings towards this practice based on my personal experience would translate back to 10 stars. I am a 41 year old male absolutely terrified of the dentist. I literally had Valium in my pocket in case of a panic attack whilst there. I walked in, the receptionist was incredible - we had spoken several times that morning already. She welcomed me in, gave me the new patient form, as I finished the last word the dentist came out, softly spoken, polite, accommodating, took me to the room, asked my problem, listened to what I thought it was, I sat back in the chair, he investigated, took some x rays, diagnosed the issue, explained the 3 options which I had, gave me a script for the infection, gave me quotes on procedure costs, and then let me have a few days to decide. It just flowed, it was easy, there was no stress or anxiety. I just hope that every visit was like this one. Thank you so much Bupa Dental Team!

Highly recommend this place. Receptionnists, assistants and of course dentists are really professional, friendly and helpful. A massive thank you to Dr Sequoia, Lauren and Julie to get me out of my phobia and get the work done in the best way. There is nowhere else that I would go. Merry Christmas to the team and thank you again.
