I rang at 2.15pm and was offered an appointment for 4pm same day. (Yes amazing, I know) About 30mins later they rang and said theyd had a 3.15pm cancellation so I headed there straight away.
Im so impressed they were able to slot me in on the same day I rang and even more impressed that they thought to offer me the earlier appointment.
Dr Nomaan Nasir explained things, listened to me and was very caring and concerned. I went home pain free and keen to recommend the surgery.
