Andrew is wonderful, i was quoted ridiculous costs for hearing aids which really worried me and I am glad I found him. He came to my house, very professional gave me options but advised what I needed from his professional knowledge! He also allowed me to trial the aids for some time. Since then I have had a free upgrade to a newer pair and numerous follow ups to see how my hearing loss is progressing. I recently saw him again where I was given a new charger and another hearing test. Andrew works around his clients, if you cannot get to him then he will come to you. I highly recommend his services and have referred many to him. Don't pay the overtop prices others quote do yourself a favour and contact the Hearing Hub oh and ask for Andrew :)

Andrew has been my hearing aid provider for two years. His service is exceptional, Andrew comes to me at home, which in these covid 19 times is fantastic. Andrew genuinely cares about my hearing and works hard to ensure that I have the best results possible. Highly recommended

Andrew was thorough, patient and professional in his assessment and approach when fitting my husband's hearing aids. He was methodical in assessing his specific needs and personal situation. Every visit during the trial period was thorough and comprehensive. Andrew has followed up with regular phone calls and visits. Minor adjustments made has improved the performance of the aids. These adjustments has certainly improved his social situation with family and friends whilst also improving his confidence when travelling. There was never the feeling of being locked in or committed to purchase any hearing products. We highly recommend Andrew for his friendly and accommodating service.

Having been a long term sufferer of Tinnitus, I finally decided to get some hearing aids. I went for a hearing test with one of the big companies but was disappointed with the service and the cost to get a good pair of hearing aids (the up-sell was fierce). A friend of mine gave me Andrews number, and he came to my home, set up his gear in my lounge, and professionally analysed my hearing problem. Getting the right solution for me was important, as the Tinnitus was ruining my life and lifestyle. I could not be happier with the result of the hearing aids, and more importantly the service and the ongoing service, to fine tune the hearing aids to suite my situation, at a price far lower than the big companies. Andrew is an independent local Newcastle company, so there was no "big company" pressure.
