Dr Low has operated on both of my shoulders in the last 12 months, the most recent, 6 weeks ago. The incisions are healing well and are almost undetectable, my recovery has gone very well with very little pain or discomfort. Dr Low is a brilliant surgeon as well as an excellent communicator. The procedure explanation was as detailed as I needed it to be and his manner was excellent. I felt completely at ease. Post surgery follow up was great. Lucy is efficient, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Overall I highly recommend Dr Low & his team.

Hi all, I saw Dr Adrian low twice after tearing my meniscus and acl on both right and left knees and have been able to recover smoothly back to normality both times with no problems post surgery til now, all whilst playing sports and carrying out daily activities, his friendly and professional manner is second to none and i would recommend to anyone needing orthopaedic surgery

I had multiple knee surgeries before seeing Dr Low and none were successful. The knee now feels brand new after he repaired my cartilage and I would never see another surgeon. I dislocated my shoulder and tore the labrum and had a surgery with Dr Low and it has almost fully recovered after 3 months. His follow up after the surgery was very thorough and his explanations allowed me to have realistic expectations on recovery. My Dad also had two full knee replacements and hes able to run with no pain. I would highly recommend Adrian to anyone needing surgery.

I had the misfortune of rupturing my bicep tendon on one arm, and then a shoulder tendon on the other arm 3 months later. Adrian was my surgeon both times. He was simply amazing. For the first surgery he saw me at short notice. Surgeons are often not good communicators, but Adrian was warm and personable, and took the time to explain clearly what my situation was and what my options were. The operation needed to be performed as soon as possible, and Lucy was absolutely brilliant in then arranging the operation and all the paperwork very quickly, but with a minimum of fuss and a lot of patience and kindness. The operation went very well and I now have almost complete movement in that arm. When the second rupture occurred Adrian was again wonderful. Despite COVID he was able to find a way to operate quickly, and again the level of care and surgical excellence from Adrian was outstanding. This operation was also very successful and I am well on the road to recovery. One thing I have really appreciated is Adrian's commitment to post-operative care. He follows up regularly, takes as much time as needed, and his genuine concern for the long-term welfare of his patients is obvious. I feel extremely lucky to have had Adrian put me back together, not once but twice. I am very grateful Adrian. Thank you!!

I am writing this review in relation to the exemplary skill and service of Dr. Low and his staff. I am currently a 65-year-old male who has had two major shoulder surgeries with Dr. Low, both of which have been rewardingly successful and have restored my quality of life. The first need for surgery was after a traumatic accident 7 years ago, when I was residing in Sydney, where I severely damaged my right shoulder requiring urgent surgery. I was referred to Dr. Low by my GP at the time, and Dr. Low operated a couple of days later. The surgery went extremely well, and following Dr. Lows advice to be committed to physio and the prescribed exercise program, my shoulder healed progressively over a 6 8 month period back to its full capacity. Four years ago, I moved to rural NSW and purchased a small farm. Over the last 2 years, my left shoulder became increasingly painful causing restricted movements, reduced productivity, and lack of sleep. Via my current GP, I tried to address this through physio, an exercise physiologist and ultrasound guided steroid injections, however there was no improvement and the pain persisted. I suggested surgery to my GP but he was reluctant due to my age. However, I decided to contact Dr. Lows office directly to investigate if surgery was indeed possible. Communicating remotely as we are 700km from Sydney, we were able, with the proactive and knowledgeable service of Dr. Lows Practice Manager (who is also a Registered Nurse) to organise phone/Zoom consultations, MRIs, blood tests, hospital admission, etc. ultimately leading to surgery on my left shoulder. Added to this, as the surgery was performed in Sydney at the SAN Hospital, we were also able to arrange accommodation there, in Jacaranda Lodge, for my wife which was recommended by Dr. Lows Practice Manager. Since the operation, follow-up consultations to review progress have been via Zoom which work very well for Dr. Low and me. In summary, my quality of life has been vastly improved by Dr. Lows exceptional surgical skills, care, guidance and advice. I have been extremely happy with the professionalism and quality service provided by Dr. Low and his team and have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Low to anyone requiring his services.
