        I have paid all fees in full for the professional services and I have called the office number four times in a week for the medical certificates which she mentioned to give to me (patient) and my wife who taking care of me after the procedure on the day. It has been a week we have not heard anything from them, Alpha specialist centre, Bella Vista. This is really unacceptable. No excuses. Please be professional!
