Lack of care compassion and professionalism to say the least. Reception staff should be "friendly" especially to older patience and do less gossiping about motherhood lunch etc, Patients attend consultation and we "the patient" are restrictive for time as well! Follow up consultation or further testing is "NEVER followed up" regardless after continuous efforts made by the patient. i have expressed my concerns about this practice to my GP family and friends. if you can't provide the service then don't take further patience

I was hesitant to follow through with my appointment due to the other bad reviews, however I'm glad I did. I personally had a great experience and it was probably one of the most pleasant doctors experiences I've had in some time. Had a lung/breathing test along with a consultation with Dr Parson and found the team to be polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone in need. Thank you, team.
