Their reception team are the reason I will not be attending my appointment here. They are so rude and unprofessional, which it appears isnt just my experience. I didnt know what time they closed, I assumed 5:30pm so on my way home one day I rang them at 5:03pm and was answered by yes, what can I do for you, we are closed you know . I think that was very rude and impolite. Firstly if you are that strict about not working after you close, dont answer the phone or have an automatic voicemail system so that the customer doesnt get berated for calling minutes after closing time. Sure, I probably couldve googled the closing time but didnt think to as most places these days close after 5pm due to the nature of everyones work. I think the practice needs to either re train or refresh their front of desk staff because Id would suggest they are losing more than just me as a customer as a result.

Rude & care factor zero,. when someone finally answers the phone they are have no empathy ! You are the front line staff & If you dont like the job move on ! Doctors are lovely if you get through to them !

$250 for 5mins talk, really ridiculous to be honest just to quickly check and say you are fine to get rid of me

Worst place ever, I went in with eczema which Ive never had in my life, all she did was tell me exactly what google says and said well you are going to have it forever so you will just have to deal with it didnt care to help or try and see what the route cause is just wanted a bandaid fix to get me out the door and of course take my money!!!

Hills dermatology , not a great experience at all , charged like a wounded Bull , Consult / Skin check & two biopsies done , almost 500 dollars ( maybe half an hour with doc & nurse in total ) ,some minor rebates from Medicare but no Private Heath rebatable , then one of my biopsies looks & feels infected , although he did say that this biopsy would be a little sorer , but it didn't seem right ,so I visited between appointments to have the possible infection looked at , nurse & doctor Quiz/berate me on if wound care has been followed & they both claim that it's not infected , nurse asks what I have been putting on it , I say some adequate quality band aids & following the wound care sheet, she says you should have gone to chemist to get something better , I respond saying you'd think with what I paid that you'd send me off with a supply of the desired wound dressing .... then asked if i could have a supply issued , she reluctantly did so ...during that unscheduled visit the doctor did pop in & say the results were back & there was nothing serious for the moment. I had a nurse friend look at the wound that same afternoon, straight away she says that's infected, I go to GP the following day , he confirms that it is infected & prescribed antibiotics, more costs in the GP gap & filling the prescription....on my first initial visit & while in waiting room heard a patient call in saying they think they have an infection, maybe excessive infections are occurring here ,wondering if I should report this for NSW Health to investigate the infection rates & check on their infection control procedures .... even while waiting here for follow up appointment & mostly as I write this , a woman that's been waiting a while , was here before I arrived at 1.55 & is enquiring on how much longer , as she has to pick her young kids up from school , she enquires about rescheduling, heard something like the wait will be to next year ... seriously not her fault ..... she probably allowed plenty of time to factor the school pick up in ..... my appointment at 2pm still sitting here at 2.50 , lady having to pick up kids has had to leave & had to put her name on a waiting list ....I know doctors generally run behind , but seriously they have to reasonably factor in that many of us have tight schedules as well .... Even saw an elderly patient get slugged with "that will be 350 today" pathetic While still waiting , another one in & out maybe 10 mins max I think they said 250 today thank you. Now 3pm , I ask how much longer as I had spotted my doctor walking around with a coffee ,I say I don't even think he knows I am here , some lame excuse oh we are flat chat , he's probably with the nurse. Finally in at 3.15 just to have stitches removed, on finally leaving was quizzed by reception staff if I had seen doctor , which for 5 mins I had , but during that time I said to the doctor that I expect there won't be any consult charge to get these stitches out ... he thankfully, but maybe reluctantly agreed especially given the missed infection , which he amazingly now says it's not THAT infected , I think the reception staff wanted to hit me up for a consultation charge I think this mob are not really professional & possibly in the game to get that Maserati or that big boat I will be looking at alternatives for my next check up. On a positive note at least this long wait gave me the time to write a detailed review.
