        Saphire Waste Services inremoval emptied my septic tank and on the bill bill there was a sign stating 'Saphire Waste Services takes no responsibility fonce left work site". The contractor stated i should have told him before he departed my home, however, the instructions were given to run taps to fill the tank up as he was departing.. On doing this, I found the pipes all still blocked with brown waste coming up into basin. I contacted the contractor and he stated that he was onto his next job. Too late! I then had to pay a plumber a full days work to clean out the pipes.
