BE VERY AWARE..BE VERY AWARE Having previously posted a review titled deplorable. AV Jennings made contact via review and email suggesting they will review once the supervisor comes in next week. Then Jennings changed their mind stating they have not found any grounds tri extend any extension of warranty.They also stated "the owners had not ever contacted Jennings or Sekisui since the roof leak became evident. They even told us that care and maintenace of the property is solely the responsibly of the owners. Really, as if i didnt know this. They even suggested they will take no further action regarding posts on review sites. AV i am only stating facts yet you use threatening overtones. As soon as the leak was found AV were notified. Having had a prevoius bathroom leak, which was never properly fixed. AV have no records of this previous contact. I emailed multiple directors of which only one responded stating AV Jenning wss not responsible for Sekisui House maintenace issues, yet all.my contracts show both companies listed on the letter head. The tiles in the front bathfoom are not level. Some previously cracked ones were replaced This was raised with Jennings with no follow up. Roof and Gutters have an inch gap...essy cleaning...not.rain just floods over. Internal brickwork, poor workmanship was draw to a supervisors attention...plaster board straight over the top Nail holes can been seen in a number of areas across the house. I could go on stating plenty of issues with AV Jennings/ Sekisui House. Im am sorry you didnt bother to show more respect to your customer and as i stated to you i will earn others of your poor performance so that they can make up their own mind if they should use your company.
