        We purchased our unit and water leaked from the above unit into our unit. Body Corp didn't want to know about it and ignored all request to rectify. They don't return calls or emails. Total waste of time as strata managers and they should return their fees back to the owners as they get paid under false pretence. Taking them to tribunal.

        Very responsive & helpful strata manager & team. Especially Dong Li & Marina. We have defects in our building that the past two strata companies we've engaged had not managed to solve in more than 5 years. Dong Li and his team managed to help us settle our defects claim in just over 6 months. Works are still to be done, but they are finally scheduled. Very happy with their work and their patient, frank and friendly attitude.
