Our strata manager suddenly became unavailable for a number of weeks following an accident. His position was covered by a relieving strata manager, Joanna Jay. She came into the position when our building was undergoing a number of problems. The most serious being our only lift in a eight story apartment block was not operating for a number of weeks due to the unavailability of a part.There was conflicting information from the lift company as to when the part would become .available.Residents were considerably inconvenienced and future plans were made difficult. Tenants left their leases early and owners relocated. Joanna proved to be an accomplished, experienced and efficient strata manager. She immediately contacted and negotiated with representatives of the lift company and the lift has now been operating for a number of weeks. She has also commenced work on a number of issues. During her stay she has provided good and prompt communication with members of the committee regarding the lift and with other issues. Joanna is now moving on to relieve at another branch and we thank her for her support and offer our best wishes for her future. Skip Chairman

I have known the team at NSW Strata for thirteen years and their work ethic with their clients is second to none. They have managed a few of my properties during these years. Michael Krashias was one of the legend until he retired 2 years ago. Now Louisa Stocovaz is filling Michael's shoes, a pleasure to work with.
