        I am so glad I found Marta, she masteres anatomy and body biomechanics and uses this knowledge in her delivery and educating clients. Her Pilates style is a missing link in body work and injury management and prevention I could not recommend more. I am massage therapist and teacher myself and I can see my body getting the right shape and condition it needs and feels amazing after every class.

        It was just a strike of good luck that I came across Norwest Pilates and Marta I was tired of not getting results at the gym with the trainer and now within couple of months I have experienced a significant improvement in my knee pain I am able to kneel down again :) I am too young to have this kind of issue as Marta says. She is a wealth of knowledge and I always feel so positive post sessions.
