Engageed dogwood services for the drainaige issue in the backyard. After spending $2k on a 25 sq mtr area where the rainwater exit was already there there has been only marginal difference in the water logging. In the quote 2 full days of labour was mentioned but chautelle spent most of the time factime freinds, discussing personal issue, picking up kids during work hours. and hired a kid to do the job. Hardly put any stone around the agline so obviusly didnt work . and she blamed on the leveling of the ground and too much rain. I hired her for the problem not to exaplin the problem. BEWARE...Good Talk but no skill.

Highly recommend Dogwood Services. They constructed a privacy screening with composite timber on our front porch and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They offered cost saving suggestions which made this project affordable for us. They were very patient and answered many questions as I am a very visual person and wanted to make sure we were on the same page. Thank you Shauntelle and the team. Love your work.

Review Update Unfortunately I've had to revise my rating (initial review below). I re-engaged Dogwood services for some further works (downpipe installation) after my first experience, which unfortunately was a less than ideal experience. Communication wasn't great and the job was half completed (with some damage to the brickwork that has been fixed with mortar). It's been a week and I haven't been getting responses to my messages/emails... I suspect I won't hear back. The job was half completed as it was determined the positioning of the gutter hole didn't allow a downpipe to be installed in the right orientation. Perhaps something that should have been picked up during the quote. Disappointing, particularly off the back of such a great initial experience. --------------------- I recently had Shauntelle work through a drainage issue I had in my garden adjacent to my house. Having dealt with numerous trades as of late (particularly during the trades shortage) I was blown away by the care and consideration Shauntelle illustrated while working through the job. If you're after someone that is going to deliver quality work second to none, Dogwood services are your people. Service: Yard drainage
