        Carol and the team at Invest Blue made the process so easy and streamlined. The electronic platform for communication of all sensitive documents was reassuring and easy to use. Followed up with emails and phone calls to ensure we were updated at all points, meant we never had to chase up anything and were fully informed right through to conclusion. I would highly recommend Invest Blue. I give them 5 stars.

        We have had our superannuation invested with AMP through Invest Blue for many years. While the fees were significant, I justified this by the quality of service provided and by receiving acceptable investment returns. All this changed in the last financial year; our request to move to a non-AMP investment product was processed at glacial speed. I then uncovered the presence of additional charges with the recommended new investment for which I requested an explanation...which I never received. We have moved to another superannuation advice provider.
