I order two bouquets of flowers over the phone with Mandy and she was amazing to deal with. Im only new to the area and struggled to find a florist who would deliver on a Sunday. After expressing the need for a Sunday delivery, Mandy offered to deliver the bouquets after she finished work. Thank you for providing outstanding service; the arrangements you created were beautiful, and you will forever have my business.

Ordered the delivery on Valentines Day. The flower did not pop up. Called the owner and got connected on the day after Valentines Day, and she told me that it was missed, any they will refund me (I paid using Afterpay), and after call, the flower finally arrived at 15th of Feb, and I am still charged and no refund or discount. Whats the point of getting flower more expensive than normal days but arrived after Valentines Day.
