Dave and Anthony were always polite and helpful with suggestions during our home improvement, which was an addition to our sun-room and a new Pergola, unfortunately, there were lengthy delays mostly beyond their control, because of Covid, material shortages and rainy weather. To completion was almost 18 months, which was frustrating at times, but the end result apart from a few small leaks where the Pergola joins the sun-room, which they say they will fix under their warranty, will update later on that issue, apart from that we are happy with this home improvement.

I chose Austek Home Improvements after obtaining 3 quotes. Austek wasnt the cheapest but I trusted my gut feeling about them and boy did they deliver. They built a beautiful composite deck on time and great communication from start to finish. Thank you Anthony, Dave and the whole team at Austek.
