Commonwealth Bank Baulkham Hills Branch

I've very pleased with the service provided by the Stephen. Before coming to this branch been to Norwest branch to open my business banking account, however team at the branch mentioned they cannot help me as it take long time and require appointment. AS my all account with CBA not very keen to look at other banks, so decided to try my luck at Baulkham hills (shopping centre) branch. Stephen at help desk, did open and setup my business account in 10min. Within 10min everything is set and moved on..... His service made me think... CBA have some kind of tools and process, but one person goes above and beyond his duty of care and another not. It is people like Stephen who makes the difference... we need more and more people like Stephen in every business to truely create value for its customers!! than you very much Stephen.

I recently went through some difficulties with my bank account and fraudulent charges. Joy from the Baulkhamhills branch was absolutely amazing and assisted me along every step of the way. Her attention to detail and warm/caring approach was extremely supportive and comforting. A massive thank you to both Joy and the Baulkhamhills branch for their support.

I contacted Baulkham Hills CBA Branch after having constant delays from my current bank and business banker. I spoke to lovely Joy, who was able to make an appointment for me for same day. Joy was able to help us with our banking needs within 45 minutes, which my bank of 20 years and business banker were taking over 2 weeks. Joy was lovely to deal with and she constantly kept on checking up with us to make sure everything is running smooth. Joy is a great asset to CBA and easy to deal with, she understood all our banking needs and followed it through, I wish I changed bankers earlier. Thank you so much Joy and CBA for making life easier for us.
