I don't normally write reviews but I just want to put out there that Dr. Michelle Hood is amazing and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for being such a fantastic doctor. She is so understanding, kind and genuine, I'm so grateful for the help I've received from her. I've never had a doctor that I felt truly cared about my health as much as she does. Thank you! Would give 0 if i could! Very rude receptionists especially the really old lady. I have been going to see Dr Howlett for over a year, complaining about symptoms that he palmed off as they are only in my head! After a year, when I persisted that I want them to be investigated he sent me to a specialist, The specialist sent me to get several tests and the results very very serious and frightening!!! So it was not in my head!! When I questioned Dr Howlett why he did not pick up on all the warning signs, or why he did not send me to a specialist earlier, that could have saved me a year, he got really rude, and said he does not want to see me anymore!!! So now I had to find another doctor because Dr Howlett does not like to hear the truth and there is a possibility that he totally misdiagnosed me. No I would not recommend this doctor at all!!!!

Dr Wong is one of the best doctors I have seen, he literally saved my life. The admin staff greet you when you arrive and yes they can be abrupt but what do you expect when people are rude to them. Never had a problem getting an appointment

Not taking on new patients in the middle of covid doesn't mean what you think it means. It means to me you can't get help from you when needed.
