Perth Window
After paying premiums for 7 years, spoke to Adrian, who asked me to prove I was a policy holder since he couldn't find any information! After I asked to be put through to a manager, he said 5 times that he would put me on hold, then hung up on me... knowing that by the time I called back it would be after 5,pm on Friday, and I wouldn't get through. Adrian is not only extremely rude to a long time policy holder, but is a disgrace to their Brand
