Trae and his team have been nothing short of amazing from the first interaction. I first engaged with them early 2022 and withdrew my interest, however when I made contact with Trae he was super accomodating and eager to help with a loan approval. Highline Lending have made the whole process easier than imagined and were able to provide a number of loan options as well as take the time to explain each one to allow me to make an informed decision. Trae & Mike have been super helpful in getting documents completed and do everything with a quick turnaround.

Best in the business was referred to many others brokers before highline they were all a waste of time. Highline are very easy going and welling to take it to the next step to make sure the client is happy can't thank them enough

Just when I had given up almost all hope, my new accountant recommended I give his broker Trae from high line lending a try. After being let down time & time again by so many brokers in Sydney, and being told it wasnt possible I hesitated; but thought since I like my accountant & trust his opinion Ill give it one last shot. Trae was like my fairy godfather, he treated my complex situation like a challenge & only came back when he was confident he had a solution. He never once lost his patience or failed to return a call, he literally worked around the clock to get it over the line & also ease me through the process without getting my hopes up, but also not letting me lose hope. Along the way he introduced me to the best financial planners & conveyancers it was almost too good to be true I was certain something would go wrong due to my past experiences with other brokers. Nope, Trae went above & beyond with such an impeccable service & team behind him, Im so pleased to say my home loan settled yesterday & I am still on cloud 9!!!! I am a realestate agent, Trae organised my clients loan, his deficiency is amazing, very quick response to all parties and kept everyone up to date during the whole process. In my five years experience as a Real Estate agent, got to say Trae is the best Broker I worked with.
