Commonwealth Bank Barangaroo

Useless bank with useless procedures. When I went to the branch to carry out a transaction, I was rejected despite showing my digital identity because my signature was not in the system. If a physical signature is necessary for any transaction, why haven't I received a warning message for the last two years? Do I really need to find this out when I visit the branch for an important task? They could have told me to visit the branch and complete the account opening process. Losing an hour to visit the branch and then being treated like a bandit was exceptionally fun part of my day.

I have to say that this branch exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Vienne was incredibly attentive and helpful. Best banking experience in a very long time.

I attended this new "SPECIALIST" branch recently and I can honestly say the staff in the branch were so welcoming and were extremely attentive. The two young girls who greeted me upon entry even offered me a cup of water which shows how hospitable they are. No telling services in branch which is what I actually needed but they still took the time to explain what the "specialist centre" means for cba which I think is fantastic!! The other branches in the city are always so busy with an over 1 hour wait time every time.... I'm so happy that smaller "specialist centres" are opening so I can do my other banking more conveniently. Thank you team barangaroo!!
