I have always had a good experience with a therapist named Nannya. This time, I took my mum, wanting a day out for her and myself. I had the worst time of my life. I actually had to come out of my room half an hour early, after trying very hard to work with the therapist who unfortunately also didnt speak a word of English, and who had to have a trainer come in half-way to explain to her how to do basic massage, to no end. I very kindly asked to at least get some of my money back, or book me with my usual therapist at which the receptionist got so maddened and so unbelievably rude that she told me: we dont want you, and we dont care that we might lose clients. Unbelievable behavior, especially as Id been a loyal customer, having brought friends and family, and asked with only the utmost composure. Will never return again.

Great place. Coming frequently for quite a long time now. Whenever my back pain annoys me, my favourite therapist Anya doing an awesome work and I always feel like reborn again! And the receptionist is always so helpful! Great to end the week with a massage here.
