        My husband and I were welcomed by Ellie (not sure if that's the right spelling) who was welcoming and very informative. Then we were served by Ashraf who was very pleasant and professional. Ashraf was very clear with the information he gave us which made it easy for me to buy a new phone and explained the contract thoroughly. Both Ellie and Ashraf, didn't leave a question unanswered. Our experience at Telstra Bankstown was very successful thanks to an extraordinary experienced and friendly team who made us feel like we belong to the Telstra family. Definitely would recommend visiting Telstra Bankstown. Thank you Nazek
