Deeply disappointed. We were guests at a birthday party and the service was so disappointing. 1 2L jug of water and 1 2L jug of cordial to hydrate 17 children. The party hosts ordered 4 platters for the parents. Only 3 arrived. The 4th arrived 15 minutes before the end of the party with all the sauces/condiments for all 4 platters. We were not provided with enough plates, cups and cutlery. When more were requested we were spoken to rudely and being busy was blamed for the poor quality service. The watermelon platter was 9 triangles of water melon. We were given jugs of drinks for the adults without lid clips, we asked for new lids only to be told to be careful when pouring. One of the workers came to show us how to pour the drinks from the jugs and as we expected the lid came off and covered another guest in Pepsi. We were informed when we enquired about cutting his cake we were not allowed to use the room anymore so we had to cut it in the public area. As another parent, you could see the absolute dissatisfaction of the host parent. She was extremely embarrassed as the service that she worked so hard for to pay for her child was absolutely disgusting.

Great staff service. Equipment worn out, some areas repaired with tape. Needs revised new equipment. Clean though.

Was expecting more, not worth it, maintenance issues in the play area and have better options around for kids in less price.

Great for kids, so much to do. Parking is easy. Access to the club. Friendly staff.
