Australia Post - Bankstown Post Shop

I'm giving this post office 5 stars only because of Linda...her service is impeccable! She is friendly and lovely . At certain times queues can be long here, but that is what it is. Overall good.

Very terrible!! They never deliver your parcel at home..we always get message saying your parcel is at post office where we wait at home to hear bell ring but it never does !! Australia post must do something to stop this happening !

This is hands down the worst post office there is in Australia, the lady at the counter refused to certify my passport copy without any reason, she said its under "employees discretion " and I even advised her that I have called Australia post prior to coming to the branch and that they have verified this post office does it. I was in a rush so dint bother with the lady since she seemed uneducated about the aust post policy. Went to a different aust post and they did it without any hesitation and was told there is no such policy, so she basically made up some random policy. They need to be trained and well informed about the policy and procedures. Also, better training on customer service wouldn't hurt either.

Blone staff look like used drug when working, she dont care everything. Was waiting 30 min to grab my parcel, and they let me back cuz not bring passport even i got my license
