I would like to express how professional, courteous, caring and helpful Joe is, at the Priceline Pharmacy Bankstown Exchange store. Very happy with how amazing you were at a difficult time for my family you went above and beyond to accomodate and help. I will now be a regular customer here as I felt well looked after, and I will be recommending this store to my GP who I work for and to our patients and my family and friends. The pharmacist is very professional and was very helpful when I urgently needed help with medication for my son. The cashier that dealt with me at the front counter I felt was unprofessional. I was meant to get a call to pick up medication, did get a call but when I answered the phone the person hung up. They did not say they were from Priceline or even speak to me. I did call the number back but my call was ignored. I went to check if it was ready 40 minutes later only to find out that it was Priceline that called and that it had been ready for a while.

I was having a period pain and went to see the pharmacist for some meds. He gave me nearly expired pain killer. I was in pain so I didn't notice, and also didn't grab receipt. But it is so unprofessional.
