Kids clinic, in particular Dr Nasser , have been so supportive in helping us get the right care for our toddler. Their service and genuine care is second to none. Thank you for looking after us.

Please what ever you do DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC.We were recommended by our GP to come here ,what a disgusting rip off.Our daughter who has learning difficulties saw a doctor.They charged us $390 for a 25 minute chat where all he did was read questions off a piece of paper and take her blood pressure.After this chat I received nothing regarding her results,only recommendations for other assessments which was going to cost $1700.I was not given any information at all about the tests,only the girl behind the desk asking if I was going to pay a deposit for it.They seem very keen to take money, the woman I spoke to Abi was very dismissive when I went back and pointed out the issues I had.She did give me $100 back so she obviously realised I had been treated badly.I was really unhappy that I did not receive a full refund and find it disgraceful how much these places charge.Please do your homework before using this clinic,This is my first time ever leaving a review online and I wonder if all the other good ones are family, friends or employees.

The receptionists are rude and extremely unprofessional. One named Mary, Im not sure the others. While waiting you can clearly see them laughing, making jokes and gossiping about children and their parents. Especially in a field like this, its actually sad that people like that have those jobs. I know this review wont do anything but its for new clients to reconsider their choice of practice. DO BETTER EDIT: regarding their terrible response below, how are you supposed to hear their disgusting behaviour through the camera?? I was waiting in the waiting area and can directly hear their conversations. Please stop with the automated responses and actually train your staff.
