        They have looked after me for years and I have had a rough few months through Covid and they didnt sell my belongings and they looked after me every time I have been to their store. Complete legends. Cant recommend highly enough.

        I purchased 18 ct band with citrine gem. Had it tested it and came back as silver band and synthetic cubic zirconia. Value was less than 20% of what I paid. When we went back and showed them the analysis, all we got was a mean and nasty response with the refund. They knew they sold us a poor quality ring and lied. No apology, nothing.
