Please see photos as evidence for my complaint. I was quoted one price on a specific travertine $65/sqm, and a price for delivery $120. On the day I was expecting the delivery I was contacted to say delivery fee will be more than double $250. They blamed the driver. I sent my landscaper the following day to pick up the stones in person, and they raised the price on the stone to $75/sqm when he got there, leaving us no choice but to pay it. They are dishonest and strategically work to rip the customer off They post on Facebook under the name Younes... You can see its 400x600x30 which is advertised as $65 and its been there for 22 weeks. You can see Younes's pick up address on facebook is matched with the address I was sent in SMS.

The service at this tile shop was so much nicer than other tile shops we visited. The staff were easy going, patient and helpful. Highly recommend.
