        I transferred $1000Aud to UK online. Their online system sent me 1 Email to say transaction was successful and 2 mins later 1 Email that transaction failed and I'd get a refund. I didn't get a refund after months of waiting. I chased it up for 1 or 2 years with their internal investigation and then with the government investigation here and I never got my money. They said it's been refunded and nothing is wrong on their end. Money never came to my account. Money never went to my family's account either. They're absolute thieves. Will never trust them again or do business. Be very careful.
