Was in your store today usually pop in once a week for some kitchen items..usually walk out with more goodies for my home...as I cook for my big family heaps.. ..love your shop up the road from me..usually nice staff always smiling.. but one cranky women staff very rudenot the first time I had been served by her.i was inline behind this old scarfed lady buying things in trolley when heard her arguing over one kids toy which was marked at 50 cents I looked over I saw it..then staff saying its too cheap she asked the other staff should she make it higher then made her own price higher without asking customerI felt bad I wish I had said something poor old lady didnt say anything back looked sad she just paid and walked out..not nice to make up ur own price higher because you dont like different culturesas for I asked her u ok..she looked but didnt say anything back to methis staff member shouldnt be serving not very good customer service surely the older lady even showed her inside her handbag she didnt steal I am sure she not changing price tickets on kids toy..looked embarrassed this was terrible you have cameras to see whats happening in your store..disgusting treatment imo..was disturbing to see..I was talking to my daughter about it she said mum u have to say something ..or people like that will keep been nasty to others.

I collect dvd's. I can buys them from garage sales, markets and other charity shops for $1 a dvd. I've been in here many times and bought lot's of dvd's and charged $1 and even 50 cents last week. Today i placed 18 on the counter and the woman said they are $1 per disc. A few had 3-4-5 discs. I said wait are you saying after all this time i've been buying dvd now you want $3-$4-$5. I felt like i was getting ripped of. I get it. The money goes to charity but come on. I'll just go to the markets tomorrow and buy them there. You just lost a customer.
