If you need to organize aged care for your relative, don't bother with applying here. They find the most smallest reasons to reject a elderly person being put in their care. My grandfather has been in hospital, and we requested for him to be transferred to this facility once discharged they first advised us that due to him being a smoker and that he was apparently abusive and aggressive he was rejected, then when we explained to them that he is no abusive or aggressive and that their was nothing in the acat report that he was and they put the request in again. then asked us to visit for a tour and review the facility to then be told that he was again rejected due to not having a big enough bed for him. Im sorry but for 1 when we visited the facility their was residents there that were smoking, 2 we saw people the same size as my grandfather if not bigger, that were residents. This facility was honestly pulling reasons out of their back side for not wanting to accept my grandfather and it is just rude an unprofessional.

Caring better on Level 2. If your family member stay there, level 2 is better.

Management is friendly however the staff did not behave properly with the residents.
