Freelance Shoes

I bought a pair of shoes wore it once for half an hour next time I went to put them on the lac was broken. I went past and asked what they can do and the lady said bring them in we will repair them, I asked do I need tge receipt and she said its OK if you don't have it. Today I took them in after taking photos and saying its the first time it happens (like she was accusing me ) she said when did I buy them and I told her last month. After going into trouble to find when I purchased on my phone in my bank app she said she has to find the receipt. I didn't know shoes are just purchased to wear once. I took the shoes and left I am going to pay to get them fixed if that is possible but never going back. Not me not anyone I know.

When I was there a lady called Marian served and there is no definition word to say how bad she is I purchased 4 thongs and 1 shoe at the cashier she served another customer when I was pulling my card out and I m a regular customer I always shop there but never in my life I have ever experienced the worsted service in my life and when I talked to her about something she turned her face and ignored me and looked at me and didnt answer and she threw the shoes on the table I really hope the manager does something about this cause then people who come here regularly wont ever step foot here again!!!!!
