        I came in yesterday to exchange a online order. I came in about 10 mins before close and was greeted by carol , I must say the level of customer service she gave me was amazing, it was refreshing to see such a bubbly, happy staff member happy to help 10 minutes before her shift ends. Thank you carol for your time and excellent service.

        Worst store to shop, had a terrible customer service. They put wrong price signage just to attract customers and when you get to the counter to pay the price is totally different. Worst thing worst instead of admitting it the staff will start argument and will ask you to leave. Will never go there ever. Just jeans is a big name but customer service is getting worst.

        Despite being very busy now during the Christmas holidays the team was really helpful and friendly. The manager was a lovely lady who went above and beyond to help me find my items. Great customer service and will definitely come again.
