        Every time I go to the one in Bankstown they never greet me and they don't ask if I'm a member (which I am). Dare I say that they only really want to help people who look like them, and yet I grew up in the area, it's ridiculous. I went in there the other day and the shop assistant was on her phone behind the counter, and it took her a long ten seconds before she realised there was a woman waiting to be served by her.
